Due to the increased number of no calls/no shows NEW clients will be required to pay a deposit to hold their appointment. The deposit will be used towards hair services. Transactions are secure and a receipt will be provided. If you are more than 20 minutes late (without notifying me); or don't call or show your deposit will be forfeited. A no show fee in the amount of $20 will have to be paid before another appointment is booked. This will take effect November 1st as we gear up for the holidays.
If you are more than 20 minutes late I may ask you to reschedule as this throws my day off and the time I have allotted for you as well as other customers.
Please do not bring children unless they are being serviced. This is due to the very limited space as well as the relaxing atmosphere I like to provide to my clientele for their "me" time.
Please be sure to read the descriptions and pricing as a few changes have been made. When booking be sure to review the entire list as some items are a la carte such as shampoo service, steam treatment, trim, henna coloring. For example a crochet service does not include shampoo therefore you would need to book 2 services, crochet install and shampoo. A
