Shipping & Returns

HOLIDAY ORDERS

Christmas is a busy time of the year please allow additional time to receive your orders.  Although priority mail is suppose to have your package to you within 3 days I can't promise they will.  As they can get backed up or mixed up during the holiday season.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please make your selections carefully as WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.  Only at the discretion of management-mistake on our part such as incorrect order shipped-will we make any provisions. 

 

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Please not when purchasing clearance items you are purchasing items that going out of date within no less than 3 months.  In addition we also clearance items being discontinued by our boutique.  If an item is expiring it will be documented in description.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.  If you wish for you items to be shipped through another carrier please let us know. However prices may be higher than reflected and you will be invoiced for the difference in shipping charge.  If you wish for your order to be expedited quickly and shipped via overnight or 2 day express please contact us for additional pricing.

Please allow up to 3 *business days* for processing and packaging in addition to shipping time, 1-3 days depending on location.  In other words with processing, packaging, and shipping you will receive your order 6 days after ordering at the latest. Business days does not include holdidays or weekends. The 3 day processing gives us a cushion as life happens-emergencies, illness, vacation, etc.  An email confirmation will be sent once order is filled and shipped.  Please be sure to add us to your email list to ensure our inquiries or your confirmations are not sent to your spam.  If you order is not shipped out by 3rd business day we will refund you your shipping cost.  Please note business days are referred to as MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY as the post offices here are no longer open on Saturdays here.  Please see example schedule below.
